Eligibility & Experience / योग्यता व अनुभव
English
- Assistant Director (Quality Manager): M.Sc in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Biomedical Sciences/MLT/Pharmacy. 5 years relevant experience; local language; computer proficiency (MS Office, data management); excellent communication, analytical & interpersonal skills; voluntary blood donor with VBD experience preferred.
- Medical Officer: MD or MBBS.
- Counsellor: Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing with 3 years experience in counselling & education under National Health Programme; Diploma in Computer Application; experience under NACP desirable.
- Pharmacist: Degree in Pharmacy (preferable) or Diploma in Pharmacy with 3 years experience in healthcare institution; must be registered with Nagaland State Pharmacy Council.
- Laboratory Technician: DMLT from a recognised institute.
- Data Manager: Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application.
- Care Coordinator: HSSLC; preferably a PLHA; working knowledge of English & local language; can be a volunteer from an NGO working for PLHA care & support.

- सहायक निदेशक (क्वालिटी मैनेजर): M.Sc (माइक्रोबायोलॉजी/बायोकेमिस्ट्री/बायोटेक्नोलॉजी/बायोमेडिकल साइंसेज़/एमएलटी/फार्मेसी), 5 वर्ष का संबंधित अनुभव; स्थानीय भाषा का ज्ञान; कंप्यूटर प्रवीणता (MS Office, डेटा प्रबंधन); उत्कृष्ट संप्रेषण/विश्लेषणात्मक/अंतरव्यक्तिगत कौशल; स्वैच्छिक रक्त दाता एवं VBD अनुभव वांछनीय।
- मेडिकल ऑफिसर: MD या MBBS।
- काउंसलर: मनोविज्ञान/सोशल वर्क/समाजशास्त्र/एंथ्रोपोलॉजी/ह्यूमन डेवलपमेंट/नर्सिंग में स्नातक तथा राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत 3 वर्ष का परामर्श/शिक्षा का अनुभव; डिप्लोमा इन कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन; NACP अनुभव वांछनीय।
- फार्मासिस्ट: वरीयता—फार्मेसी में डिग्री; या फार्मेसी डिप्लोमा व 3 वर्ष का अनुभव; नागालैंड स्टेट फार्मेसी काउंसिल में पंजीयन अनिवार्य।
- लैब टेक्नीशियन: मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से DMLT।
- डेटा मैनेजर: स्नातक + डिप्लोमा इन कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन।
- केयर कोऑर्डिनेटर: HSSLC; वरीयता—PLHA; अंग्रेज़ी व स्थानीय भाषा का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान; PLHA देखभाल/समर्थन पर कार्यरत NGO से स्वयंसेवक भी हो सकता/सकती है।
How to Apply / आवेदन कैसे करें
- Obtain application form from NSACS office during working hours between 25–29 August 2025 (fee ₹100).
- Fill the form in BLOCK letters; attach self-attested copies of documents (see list below) and one-page resume (A4).
- Submit the application at NSACS, Kohima, before 10 September 2025, 16:00 hrs.
- Shortlisted names will be displayed on the NSACS Notice Board. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview. Carry originals on interview day.
